The Lobby / Modules with interesting subsongs?
« on: December 05, 2019, 23:18:47 »
Inspired by the various subsongs in modules such as Synth Scape and Mirage by Pulse, Cannon Angel by Skaven, and the hilariously out of place sample of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer in Penguin Escapes by Melcom. What are some modules that have especially interesting subsongs, i.e. alternate versions of themes, etc?

The Lobby / Looking for modules that used these effects
« on: October 19, 2019, 00:54:16 »
Hi, I'm looking for modules that used the DigiBooster Echo DSP, as well as the E0x set LED filter command. I've been interested in how these sounded since OpenMPT added support for them, but can't seem to find modules that make use of them in my collection so far.

The Lobby / Oldest module on the archive?
« on: October 01, 2019, 05:50:25 »
I tried looking for a way to find this info and also searched the forums to see if this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find anything. I wonder what the first module added to the archive was?

The Lobby / The story behind Impulse Tracker 2.15?
« on: September 25, 2019, 06:42:34 »
I've seen references to this version in several modules, but can't seem to find much info about it, the one copy I could find has no documentation. The info I could find seems to suggest that it was a version that was handed out if you donated, but I can't find much info about any new features or bug fixes. Does anyone have additional information on this?

The Lobby / Good Modules by Anonymous Artists?
« on: August 29, 2019, 19:18:02 »
Admittedly a lot of anonymous modules tend to not be particularly good, but I'm wondering if there have ever been any decent or good ones floating around. My personal favorite is probably mok_tetr.it (https://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=52323). Admittedly Tetris theme remixes are kind of an overdone concept, but I liked this one.

Not sure if the creator of this playlist is specifically calling these modules their own, but they've renamed them and made them difficult to identify by title alone. Hey that rhymed. Anyway, I did manage to identify almost all of the modules used, though I'm still missing 5 tracks that I've not quite managed to find yet.

The Lobby / Modules that Used the ModPlug Reverb Effect?
« on: May 31, 2019, 04:03:42 »
I recently learned about this and got curious about it. Can anyone point me to modules that made use of it? I'd be interested to hear what it sounded like in practice.

Help me find that... / Unreal Tournament Beta UMXs
« on: April 03, 2019, 09:40:08 »
Admittedly this is less of a help me find that and more of a help me find a particular version of that. Does anyone know where I could find the UMX versions of the beta tunes from Unreal Tournament? Menu2 and XYZDMenu2, as well as the original Firebr. I've tried looking for them several times but so far I have not managed to find them.

Is there a way to do this rather than downloading each of an artist's modules individually?
