I'm an self trained compu-geek from the mid 80's when I got my first PC at 9yrs old.
I had to train myself from technical reference books (CPU instruction sets and "Basic" reference guide) & am pretty good at just about anything computer... software or hardware.

I was first introduced to tracking by the Future Crew with their '93 Compo
"2nd Reality" (on a 486 dx2 it ran fairly well), and have been listening to MODs ever since.

Now I'm a professional programmer who gets plenty of time to listen to songs while working.

I tried to write a MOD many years ago and found that I've got no creative musical talent.  Given that, I'll just try to provide constructive critiques for songs that others have made.   (Eveyone's got an opinion... Just like an essential body part.)

I'm a newly registered member (who's been listening to and loving MODs since '90s).

Over the last few weeks I've been unsuccessfully able to download any song from the modarchive site (for review and enjoyment).   {I'm also unable to locate any support email, so figure this forum is the best place to ask for help.}

I'm able to browse to the songs detail's but the download.php page never responds.  Is this a result of the new site, or just my new accout without any points?  IE and Firefox both report the same 'No content' error page.  Example: http://modarchive.org/download.php/C/crown.xm

Any ideas? ???

Nope... I figure my boring desk job would put anyone to sleep.   Unless someone wants such a blog.     :D
