32 bit version of FL Studio used to be able to load Buzz machines. If you download an old version you will be able to.

FL Studio itself works as a VST...

You don't get any tracker style sequencer though (unless your VST environment is Renoise I guess) and you don't have any Buzz wavetable so anything that uses samples or envelopes from the wavetable won't work.

Sounds really good, but the site seems to be down at the moment so I can't try it for myself  :(

Seeing interest in this raises my hopees there may be a tracker for this OS someday soon, Milky is the only thing I miss after switching from WinCE.

For sampling from softsynths, try Chainer ( even the demo )

So timestretching a 1 bar drumbeat .wav to a multiple of 65536 samples long makes 9 80 exactly halfway through the bar?

MilkyTracker Support / 9xx Sample offset docs, stupid question

This part of the manual is pretty confusingly phrased, using both meanings of sample in the same bit. Anyway, as far as this part goes:

Quote
Tips:    Resampling a loop to exactly (0x10000=) 65536 bytes gives you the highest possible level of control over the sample.

How many samples or milliseconds does this translate to? I assume it different in 8 or 16 bit samples?

MilkyTracker Community / Smartphone Question

Orange (the mobile network) is offering an Orange E650 / HTC S710 smartphone.

It's got windows mobile 6 and a slideout qwerty kb, but no touchscreen.

So, is it possible to use milky on a windows phone without touchscreen ? In the old forum someone mentioned this http://www.bobsoft.com/sphelper/, has anyone tried that ?
