I had other modules on the site (probably before the domain name change) that have now disappeared: they are not available and not on the rejection list.  Should I upload them again or is there an older rejection list?

It's unlikely they were removed on purpose, however during the site transformation I removed a few hundred duplicate modules. You can find out by reuploading them, no problem. If they are already on the site and match the same hash they will be autorejected and you will be informed of the archived filename.
