always wanted to know with which program i could make MOD music?
with sounds etc.

You haven't really tried looking very hard have you?

Have a look in the Help section under "About Modules", then have a look at the software like http://modplug.com or http://www.milkytracker.net, with Milkytracker, their forums are right here within the Mod Archive forums.

I really recommend you try Modplug Tracker. The forums are at http://lpchip.com/modplug, and you'll find that there's a bit of crossover in members between here and there. As m0d mentioned, you can also give MilkyTracker a whirl, if you like.
