Howdy,
I made a melody with a particular sample, and now I want to copy it and use it in another place in the song, except with a different sample assigned to it.  Is there an easy way to do this, or do I have to tap out that melody again?

In the current version, there is no easy way to do this you'll have to do it by hand.
But this idea can be moved to the "Request" section : editing the instrument column would be a cool feature

(or has it already been implemented, along with effect column editing?)
