A more manageable way to track change requests.

Would you like about a more manageable way to track change requests?
a bug/issue/feature tracker.
It would then be easier to know what has already been requested.

We have a svn repo (ask in the irc channel if you want details).  Regarding the tracker: this is a community project - feel free to set one up if you think it will be worthwhile.

Personally, I think the bigger problem is the lack of developers willing to add new feature requests (bugs are normally fixed fairly quickly).
