Full volume control?

I'm able to set the volume for a channel only from 0 to F. I'm unable to edit the left digit. I'm aware that the left digit can be used for special commands like vibrato, etc, but I just want to be able to set from 0 to FF.

Volume in XM ranges from 0 to 64 (00 to 40 in the volume column).
