Hello again, I have been having issues uploading certain module files to TMA.
Some modules seem to be permanently stuck in the screening queue (they've been there for at least 3 months) and have been submitted by someone else.

Yes, we are sitting on a giant pile (several thousands) of random modules someone uploaded and since they are not their own work, there is no priority in getting them into the archive. It could very well be the case that you are trying to upload something that is already in that giant pile.
