Man, Too bad the guy did alot of work on that....I had communicated with him on some missing trackers to add a few months ago & he said he planned to 'get on it adding them all'...

Thanx...Yeah, I know the hell that is GOOGLE...

It's been getting worse for many years now...I never signed on it or use its features...For searching I find yandex much better...

Google gives you what THEY want you to see-have...

And YES, I know a number of people who fell into that 'link everything to your google account' BS...So when google shut 'em down then everything else was lost as well...

Too bad on the site though...alotta work went in thus far & all efforts vanished! Keep everything OFFLINE...

And forget all these 'clouds'....They always use clues in the name, what do clouds always do?...THEY GO AWAY!....

There's also the option of DuckDuckGo, if you're inclined towards a bit more heightened privacy, while still searching for the thing you want to see, with zero ads.

Agreed with you on that one. Google is just one of many companies that prefer profit over ease of search and privacy, and sometimes, with annoying consequences.

Do you think you can get in touch with them again? Maybe ask if they can release their tracker collection elsewhere? I'd hate to see such a big amount of history disappear like this.

None of that information isn't really lost since this wasn't a primary source of information to begin with.
