Hello everyone.
« on: October 14, 2009, 17:25:15 »

Hello.  I've come here to learn how to make modules, as well as listen to them.

In the probably distant future, I'm going to start working on a mod for Doom 2, in an advanced engine.  The engine (ZDoom) supports modules, and from what I've heard, I think the kind of music made with modules fits in with the project much more than the usual midi.  I may use modules from this site (of course with the necessary permissions :police:).

Next, though I have no musical background and will probably give up, I'd like to try making modules.  Are there any tutorials on this site?

Hi and welcome to the forums!
Just have a look at the Tracking Forum, there are quite some resources on how to make mod music.
