Since there are a lot of Windows sounds in it... where did you get this from? Did you record it from a game maybe?

I recorded this from a game, but the text file said the map track was from this site.

Uhm.... What exactly are your searching for now? I mean, you already have the IT file, so what else do you want? You can find the file on ModArchive with exactly the same song title (as it can be found in the IT file you provided), just with a different filename: The Black Sanctuary by Ceekayed
