I made an account here and I uploaded a single mod (Rainbow Factory Simp), a simplified cover/Mod conversion of "Rainbow Factory" by Wooden Toaster. The mod uploaded fine, and it's available on the archive.

When I next tried to log onto my account I went to a screen saying the account had been banned. I have no idea why this would be the case, as I've not broken any of your rules or recieved any notification that I had been banned.

I'm terribly sorry, we do currently have a somewhat huge spam problem so I'm going though the new accounts daily and kill new fishy accounts on sight. Sometimes the trigger finger is apparently a bit too loose, so I might have accidentally killed your account alongside with some other real spam accounts.
In case the module you uploaded was yours, you'll have to re-assign it through the artist menu now (or do tell so here and I'll do it).

So, is there a way for me to get my old account back, or do I have to create a new one and reassign it?

I already re-activated the account right before I posted yesterday, you can just keep using it like you did before. As said, in case that module you uploaded was yours, you will have to re-assign it to the account.
