Hey there fellow music lovers.
I have a friend who has had a song for 15 years and cannot find any info on.
The Tag info says:
Artist: Inner Silence
Track Title: Exploding Universe
Album: Naked Dance

However I cannot find anything on that info, nor can I find any chiptune matching it. However, here it is, it exists.

If ANYONE can identify this tune, it would be the greatest thing since spliced genes.

The ID3 tags say that it was released on MP3.com, so there's no guarantee that it was a module to begin with, and if it really was a module then it was probably not released in its original format.
