I'm on the hunt for a specific synth sound that I've, in the past, heard in a couple of MODs. You can hear the sound in this track from the movie "Hackers":

Sound starts at 0:12 min and you can definitely hear it more prominent at 1:50 min.
Maybe you're so hardcore that you might even know which synth the sound comes from?

Kindly!

The synths at :12 are almost pure saw waves (with slight filtering and ping-pong delay), almost any synth of that time period is capable of replicating it.

At 1:50 the saws are layered with another saw wave patch that has an lfo'd formant/wovel filter on it. It's probably the exact same patch just with the filters slapped on top of it tbh.

The sound is really generic, so pinpointing it's origin to a certain synth is proooobably a bit far-fetched, though some hardware nerds might recognize the filters used in the later portion.
