Let's say I have two different patterns: 00 and 01
I click on the Del button and delete pattern 01
I am now on pattern 00 and click on Clone
the result:  it creates pattern 01 (clone of 00) which has overwritten the initial 01 pattern

This could be intended functionality, as pattern 01 doesn't exist in the song anymore, however, when I click on Del I always assume that I'm only removing the pattern from that position and that the pattern still exists and can be inserted later.
Clone should find a free pattern index, not a pattern index that is not currently in the song.
