Tracking Black Sabbath: trying to get timing right

I am using sheet music from this website: https://www.jellynote.com/en/guitar-sheet-music-tabs/black-sabbath/under-the-sun-every-day-comes-and-goes#tabs:A

I have been using the F command to swing the speed but I just can't get it right.  I tried to post it as an attachment but it wouldn't let me.  If anyone wants it, let me know and I'll find a way of sending the .xm file.

It says there is a 3/2 time signature.  I don't know how to make that happen with milkytracker yet.

Any help is greatly appreciated. 8)
