Remember previously used directory, for each dialog type

I noticed that MilkyTracker seems to remember the previously used directory for loading and saving dialogs.  This is somewhat helpful, but the problem I see is that it uses the same directory no matter what you are loading or saving: songs, samples, instruments.   

It would be much more useful if each of these dialogs remembered it's last accessed directory independently from the other dialogs.  Hope this explanation makes sense.

I think this is a good idea as well.

How much code would need to be changed to allow this? I know a little C++, so if it would only take a small fix I might be able to submit a change for it. I'm not exactly sure how to go about finding where it is in the code though.
