Better usage of buttons
« on: March 02, 2009, 12:48:42 »

First of all, Nitrotracker is the most awesome app on the DS! Much respect and thanks for all the work!!

But, it would be really cool if the buttons would be more used in the interface. Currently L, R and X all serve the same purpose, and afaik A, B, and Y are not used at all.

I find it somewhat tedious to do all the editing with the stylus. I'd like to be able to enter and delete notes with the cursor and e.g. A + B. (Repeat the last note with A, and B deletes the current row - without affecting the position of follow-up notes). Maybe you can find good usage of different buttons in different contexts as well.

That would be a great usage improvement imo, and probably pretty easy to implement! Looking forward to some feedback and maybe other people's opinion on this.

As in, you want to use the buttons like a keyboard on a PC tracker?

I like it.
