Help! How to make XM module S3M or audio format or common audio format conversio

Hey! Good! I am from China, there is a problem we want to help
I want to be converted to common audio formats such as the modules S3M format audio files
For example: MP3 or XM into S3M, and so on
This is what I need to convert the file http://www.xxmpc.cn/info/allspark.mp3

If you can not convert, then there is no tool can create
S3M format or as XM's audio module format

Not possible.

MP3 = streaming audio (recorded)

XM/S3M (any module format) = Rendered realtime by instruments and pattern data.

There is no way of going from MP3 (recorded, static data) to modular, unless someone makes or re-makes the tune from the start in module format.

You can go from S3M/XM/(any module format) -> MP3/OGG/WAV etc...

But not the other way around.

To make your own modules, look into the Trackers. That is software to make modules.
