Can you recognize this tune?

Hi all,
first of all i must say that this site is fantastic, because it reminds me my youth.
After that...

I recorded myself whistling a tune that i heard i think... 15 years ago,and i never forgot...  (link at the end of the thread)

i have no idea of the author, the name of the song, or anything else related to it.

i remember that the music resembled a beginning like a keyboard, and then strings,with a slow "marching" drum rythm in the background when the strings begin.

I remember that in the same time i downloaded also a song named "dreaming of foreign skies".

since i am not able to hold the key, the whistling in the recording goes up and down of tonality.
this is not the real song, simply i cannot reach those notes.

oh,almost forgot: the whistling is from the string part

Hmm, that doesn't ring a bell. Of course there's a possbility that this tune was made by the same author as the other one you mentioned, so you may want to look on his profile if the tune is there:
