This is an uncredited remix track.  It's definitely plagiarism since it says "composed by" rather than acknowledging the original composers, but it's not a straight up rip.

I recognized pieces of the Second Reality soundtrack, in particular.

The ripped parts I recognize start around 3:30.  He's fiddled with the instrumentation and playback speed, but otherwise hasn't changed much.  I don't recognize all of the rip sources, if indeed the orders surrounding the Second Reality excerpts are ripped as well.  Not sure they are.
