Effects that repeat parameters.

Hey. Was working on a track, and discovered that some effects are not supposed to copy the previous value when a value of 00 is used for xx:

1xx
2xx
Axx

There may be more. I was able to confirm this by using FT2 and XMPlay (both played it the same way).

What you say is only true for MOD files, not XM files. MilkyTracker respects this behaviour in ProTracker mode.
