It's abration.mod by Jogeir Liljedahl, the part in question appears at around 3:16.

There's a version of that song containing just that part, but it's not on modarchive:
ftp://ftp.modland.com/pub/modules/Protracker/Jogeir%20Liljedahl/abra1.mod

EDIT: Stupid ftp:// bug!
