[macOS] Crash on generating silence

I got a reproducible crash in 1.00.00

1. Open MT
2. Click "Sample Edit"
3. Right-click in the sample area, select New (I chose 64 samples)
4. Right-click in the sample area, select Generators -> Silence -> Ok (I chose 100)
5. MT crashes.

This is on macOS 10.12.5 using MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017). MT was installed via brew.
