Volume Slide function

Hoi!
How is it possible to set the volume of the singular notes from low to high with the "A" function? What are the parameters to put on?

Saga Musix:
Ax0 - increase the volume  by x on every tick but the first tick of a row
A0x - decrease the volume  by x on every tick but the first tick of a row
For finer control, EAx slides the volume up by x on the first tick of a row, and EBx does the same but downwards.
If you want to start at a low volume, you also need to put a volume effect next to the note, of course.
