Only has 10 samples and they're all used. Missing instruments because the text is added further down the list. Seems to play ok.

Axxy beat me to it - the module seems perfectly fine to me, the pattern data does not refer to any non-existing instruments or samples.
Also, generally speaking, there is nothing we can do about broken modules unless you provide a working alternative version that we can replace it with.
