The application will most likely be open source, and licensed under GPL-2.0-only. The main usage will be to take MD5 hashes of already downloaded compatible mod files, and search for them in the Mod Archive Database. Files with hashes that match will get tagged properly with the correct information filled inside the file. I only need a Level 3 access to the API for this to work.
