How sorting downloaded music by genre?

I also just use XMPlay. I don't organize my MOD music in any specific way, but I do use XMPlay's tagging system to add genres and other information sometimes.

And is the way to find at web music by genres? Example - metal genre is interesing to me now ;)

Can You suggest me good tutorials for making track music using openmpt?

I cannot vouch for any specific tutorial. I haven't used any of them. There is a tutorial in OpenMPT's manual that shows you most of the basics. After that it's just practice, practice, practice. No tutorial will teach you how to write good music.
