API key request

Greetings,

I would like to request an Level 5 ModArchive API key for integration with a module player i am writing for the PlayStation Vita.
I expect around 2.5 thousand requests per month.
The application is open source, and can be found over at https://github.com/samdisk11/vitaTrak
