A cute track. A lush and wide soundscape with sweet harmonies. Could have done without the first pattern, though (IMHO).

A hint for size reduction in future compositions: In IT/MPTM, you can share samples between instruments. This way sample 1/2 and 4/5 could be de-duplicated (with the differing pan settings being applied to the instrument rather than the sample).

You nailed it. Perfect harmonies. Only minor complaints are the fadeout ending and that it could use some effects here and there to spice it up. Nothing that prevents a 10/10 score, though.

A nice remix with an unexpected fresh spin. The original melodies are there, but embedded into a much different context. This is probably how the SoM soundtrack would have sounded if it was done by a demoscener.

This track by C.C.Catch is probably one of the best of the few CDFM tracks out there, nicely showing the beauty of mixing PCM and FM instruments and how you can write a great track with virtually no pattern effects at hand.

Ah, childhood memories... this is the SoundBlaster version of the first level (the only one you ever need to play) from Zone 66, in its original tracker format, written by Kenny Chow (C.C.Catch). A rather short tune, technically very simple (the CDFM Tracker only supported volume commands, no other effects), but still a very enjoyable combination of samples and FM instruments. +1 nostalgia bonus point.

Wonderfully upbeat track that could be a game soundtrack of yesteryear. A very convincing 90s ROMpler fest with strong melodies and chord progressions.

Pretty good funky house of the mid-90s era. It would probably not hurt to have even more filter sweeps to make it a bit more lively, but apart from that there's not much to complain about.

This really doesn't really add anything new to Nightbeat's original excellent track (Digital Disaster is not a co-author but his group, by the way). Some melodies seem to have been slightly altered, but what for? Some of the changes sound a lot less imaginative than the original melodies.
As far as I understand the goal of this remix was also to increase the overall fidelity with a better stereo panorama, but then why don't you also use better samples? Sample 8 has been completely overused for the last 25+ years in tracked music and it's not even good. Using less overused, higher-quality samples certainly would have helped here. In particular multisampled pianos and guitars would have been the way to go.

Really poor conversion with wrong notes and a boring rhythm (just listen to the original and you will notice that it's a bit more than just kick-hat-hat-snare-hat-hat for three minutes straight).
And can we please put those 30+ year old samples to rest please?

Once again a plain conversion of someone else's MIDI file (http://www.angelfire.com/music4/willyval/AOPM_SayThatYouLoveMe.mid). No, taking OpenMPT's MIDI import and make it use less than 32 channels really is not enough to be able to claim that you tracked this.

Another plain MIDI rip (original file: https://freemidi.org/download-1675-happy-days-tv-themes) without giving credits to the original MIDI author. Importing a MIDI file into OpenMPT and replacing the instruments with other samples and then claiming it to be your own tracked work is despicable.

Taking someone else's MIDI file (https://freemidi.org/download-1757-murder-she-wrote-tv-themes) and replacing the samples with outdated ST-xx samples doesn't qualify as "tracked & covered by". This is a plain old rip. Zero artistic work.

Doesn't really add anything new to the original, which by the way is whistling fred (hey look, the sample text even says "feel free to use this song as long as i'm being credited." which was apparently too complicated for those crackers.)

It's a fun oldskool tune, but has too little content for a runtime of five minutes. It would be more enjoyable if it was only around three minutes, after that it starts to feel like it's dragging on and on just for the sake of it.
