Although it overstays it's welcome, this is a really nice trance tune. Could've been a lot shorter since there's basically nothing new happening in the second half except some extra layering towards the end, but I like what is there when it happens so it's fine, chords are really nice. Also that lead sample sounds familiar :p 9/10

You guys did a great job on this! The Jamiroquai vibes in the intro are real! Piano work is on point and the leads blend well with everything. The ear candy arps that come in now & then are also a great touch just to spice things up! 10/10

Another excellent piece! The chromatic percussion is infectious, especially paired with those lush chords! The jazzy synth lines on top are also well written. I just wish it looped instead of dropping off for a second just to start again at almost the same point. As for digital fusion? I don't think anyone really knows what that means, except blending chiptune with other genres and we've been doing that since forever, so it doesn't mean much imo. Great tune! 9/10

No, XSM is correct, all the samples are out of tune, to the point where it's possible to tell if the notes are even correct without looking at the tracks.

There's been a lot of these recently, where the tune seems tracked normally(?), but every single sample is out of tune, like they're all part of different sample packs and not adjusted accordingly, and it's not subtle either, it's like way too off. This is completely impossible to listen to.

Hey this is cool! Great choice of breakbeats to layer here and the huge bass reminds me of technical itch! Gotta say it's not every day you hear a drum & bass track in half-tempo, an interesting choice that allows for some serious djenting rhythms without feeling too hectic. My only gripe is that it kinda just ends and loops in on itself without ceremony, but I guess it works out anyway. 9/10

First off, this is only a contra vote in the sense that the low rating caught my eye, if I was rating this without that context it'd get the same rating. Now, I'm already a huge fan of your writing style and this is no exception, fantastically ingenious transitions and modulations all over - borderline silly at times, but I like that as well! Great melodies and arrangement/sample choices for this piece. And once again I forgot I was listening to a .mod because of how layered it sounds 10/10

This sounds really good and is very well written, but I wish the leads were a bit louder and those low pitched bells from the intro were a little less so, as the rest of the track kinda drown out behind them. 8/10

This is fuzion_mixer's best track hands down, and hats off ig. Perfectly blended mix and those minor chord modulations are so unexpected and give the track a very mysterious feel, like there's something brewing underneath just waiting to pop out. I know this is a stylistic choice, so no minus points, but i wish that riff followed the chords every time, not just the last ones. Hehe 10/10

This is a great tribute to Astral Projection by Candybag - a fellow Jonas, managing to borrow just enough of their thing without going overboard. It's very short, but I'm guessing that's because it's part of a compo and the mix is a bit rough. What's the best thing about a short Goa track? You can loop it! And loop it I have, many many times. 8/10 Stomper!

Everything sounds great here as usual. Well done on the production, and good job on the leads too! But this needs more variation, imo. Those 4 chords loop in the exact same way with the same phrasing for the entire piece and it gets tired pretty quickly. Could have made this a short loopable chip and expand on it instead of turning it into a 1:30+ min song. Still a very enjoyable little tune, well done.

All the instruments are out of tune with each other and the intro is horrifying. I guess the melodies are correctly written down as the original theme song goes, but it's all ruined by the horrible tuning. 2/10

The simplicity of the intro almost scared me away, but when the first chord change came in (which was very effective btw) I thought, oh this is probably going places, and i was right. I like how the song goes through several phases, like it's telling a story. The melodic phrasing is a bit static & I have my gripes with the mix - as some elements are a bit loud while others drown out in the background, I think it could be fixed with simple panning and volume adjustments. Very dark and ominous industrial piece. 8/10

I was surprised this wasn't spotlit when it was uploaded! Such fun melodies and interesting sample choices. Mix could've been a little better i guess, the guitar in particular pop out a bit too much, and some transitions feel a little awkward, but it's a solid track none the less. And I think it sounds good in stereo too, 8/10

This is a very good goa-trance track! My only gripe is the excessively wide snare, especially considering how much low end it has, should have kept it closer to the center IMO, but that's a tiny detail in the grand scheme of things. Great job on this! 9/10

How did i miss this one for so long? What an absolute banger of a track! Always so impressed with how people use the limitations of a .mod file, and this is definitely a masterclass. Lots of layering, lots of detail and it all sounds great - even in stereo mode! 10/10

This is a cool little mod, the drums remind me of all the tech-step d&b i used to listen to around the turn of the millennium, but then we go full on MOD sound instead which is always fun. Could be a little longer, and it's a bit left-ear heavy, but that's just the nature of mods so can't complain too much. 9/10

My favorite FreaX track from the pre-mp3 era of Sound Alliance, this was on another level back then - and it's no wonder he later got signed to Gangsta. Granted, synth leads have been exported to wav and processed in cool edit here, but it was the standard approach to 'artcore' in impulse tracker then. A bit sad that you often lost the original patterns in the process, but it is what it is. Recommended for every hardcore fan. 10/10

I can definitely imagine hearing this in a JRPG exploring a cave or maybe a temple ruin! You captured the desolation and spaciousness well here for this theme. Only reason I don't give it max score is because i really wish that lead towards the end had come in a little earlier. It really pays off when it does, but before you know it it's gone again. Repetition is a virtue! Great Job!

I've been looping this track for ages out of sheer respect for Obarski. While somewhat abrasive to the ears at first, it kinda grows on you over time because of its simplicity, and it's catchy enough that you can't not love it, especially for what it is.

This is my favorite Thunderbass track, although i like all of them. Having grown up on 90s rave music this track always brought a smile to my face. To this day, whenever i feel like raving out, this is my top pick. That lead is so infectious.
