| This 4 channel .mod has a nice intro, new samples enter in an interesting way and soon the song starts for real. Nice melodies nice drums, bass, strings. Overall a nice tune. Im not certain about the style, but its a close bet. The samples used are pretty standard ones, not perfectly looped but thats something you can live with as you wont hear much of it when other samples are playing (im mainly talking about the strings now). Like i said, its a nice tune, without standing out too much but still enough to recieve a 7.5 in my opinion. | |

| This tune starts off with a brass/bass or something playing a simple melody. Soon the drums comes in, sounds nice even if the hihats could be better. Shortly after a lead enters, pretty simple melody but it works. This tune might not be the greatest tune of all time, but it is simple yet nice. Sample quality is ok but not great. Overall a nice tune which could be improved alot with more variation specially in the background sounds (bass/drums). The leads are good, which increases the score a bit. | |

| This is an extremely small and simple song. It starts with a very simple and not-so-good sounding melody. Sounds kind of amateuristic, but the artist still managed to make some nice parts. Part 2 for example has a nice touch of chinese which is always enjoyable, but it is doubled with a metal theme which comes in every now and then. This sounds confusing, and it is. Very weird tune. Sample quality are ok, atleast so it sounds. But the sounds are not used in a good way. All i can say is: WEIRD! The only part that keeps the score above 0.5 is the chinese part which sounded atleast pretty ok. | |

| "Yesterday" starts as a soft ballad, with some piano and soft drums. Nothing too exciting, more like a relaxing tune. This is a 4 channel mod, but you still think the composer could have squeezed in some more sound in it if he wanted to. It gives a kind of empty impression, sounding kind of sad. Its not too advanced, but as a ballad it doesnt have to be. Still a nice sound of sadness. Jaeyul doesnt use strings of any kind which (like i said earlier) makes it sound kind of sad. Same sounds repeate all over the song, in other words - not so much variation. This tune is OK but not so much more, if you like the sad kind of ballades you might wanna give it a try, its not so large =) | |

| The title really scared me hehe. Actually i thought this would some some massive, "pour it all" tune. A tune that you just need to listen to for a second, and then turn off cause it hurt your ears. BUT! This tune is Not like that =) Its actually quite calm, even if not so mega serious. It lacks many things, among them, a good lead, better drums, variation and so on. Samples arent the best ones, but they seem to be of ok quality. This tune is very simple and novice, both on the musical and technical sides. To add something positive, its not off note. | |

| This tune starts off very soft, with some relaxing drums and a small choir (common on amiga). It continues in a similar fashion, very relaxing and enjoyable. Some bells also enters after a while, and a bit after that a chip sound which sounds a tinsy bit off note. This tune is soft, relaxing and has good samples. It also has a nice bit of variation - while not going too far away from the main theme. It may not be the ideal top10 tune but it is very relaxing, and that may be hard to appreciate in reviews when you are looking for good leads and other stuff to write about. I liked it though. | This is a metal tune. In my opinion a very unserious one. It comes with some vocals that goes "...fat bastard" something. But (and this is a serious but), its all megasamples! Not 1 ordinary sample in this tune! u4ia plays the megasample in all 4 channels which makes it very loud too. No skill involved whatsoever. And to add a bit more to it, the megasamples are of bad quality. I cannot find any reason to give this tune a higher score than 0. | |

| This tune starts like some reggae/monkey island song, which is very enjoyable. After a fairly short while the composer starts with the drums. It takes quite a while for the drums to really start. In my opinion it doesnt really fit, but it all depends what the composer had in mind. A while later some very very strange vocals appears in donald-duck speed, makes me think: weird. It is a strange song, but not so bad at all. Some parts are really enjoyable, specially the beginning. The size of this tune is one of its downsides, it is above 3mb Zipped! 6mb unzipped. Most of this space probably went into the vocals. The other sounds also seems to have high quality. Overall, a nice tune but with some strange vocals, and some very strange parts. If your on modem its probably not worth the download. I loved the reggae parts, but the strange parts keep the score down. | |

| This tune starts in a demostyle/amiga fashion way. Sounds very "oldskool", so to say. Yaz definiatly knows what his doing as this tune shows. Great melodies, alot of variation and a very good use of the different instruments. You almost forget this tune is only made with 4 channels, quite impressive. I found it hard to define the style of this tune though, thus the "Amiga Style", because thats what it reminds me of =) Awesome samples! And with a great tracker behind them this tune is just great. I had not heard of "Yaz" before, but he definiatly deserves attention. Im really having trouble finding anything to complain about in this tune, it just sounds great in my ears. And because of that i must really recommend this tune, not only to the ones that like oldskool, because its a cool tune =) I gave it 9, but it comes very close to 9.5 in my opinion | |

| Dr-Awesome is someone that should be known to most old trackers, especially those that were active on the amiga scene. This tune uses the vocals from something that sounds movie or so. It does anyway follow the standard high quality/high tech style of other Dr-awesome tunes. He mixes the vocals in a nice way in this tune and its quite a nice listen. Even if it may sound a bit unserious with these strange vocals. It shows some great technical skills but lacks leads you will remember. Its very good laid out and has good samples that fits. Worth to remember is that this tune is only 4 channels, its easy to forget this when listening to this tune. But Dr-awesome knows how to use them in the best way. A nice listen for all Dr-Awesome fans =) | |

| This tune starts in quite an odd way, with some choirs which then stops after a few seconds. Then the tune turns to some army theme, with drumrolls. Then some american theme comes in with a flute. Playing is also something that sounds like an Oboe. It doesnt sound all too serious though. Like i said, not so great. But the samples sound ok, could have been used in a better way though. This tune gives the impression that it is unserious. Cant say i recommend the download. | |

| This song starts very fast in a common Dance fashion, with drums, bass and some strings. Soon a lead enters, not too impressive, but it works. This song lacks some things to be a great tune, first off it doesnt have a great lead, just the same thing that plays through most of the tune. It does, however, have some nice variations, like breaks, which makes it easier to listen to the whole tune without it getting boring. Good layout, lack of good lead. The samples are good with exception of the lead sample which i thought sounded bad. It is commonly used in dance tracks but some other leads could have complemented it. Overall a nice dance tune which may not be mega exciting, but still a nice listen. Runs for 3:28. | |

| This song starts out with some nice piano and it quickly becomes clear to me this is a dance tune, as the drums soon enters. The piano melodies are nice and the whole tune is quite enjoyable. Maybe a slight lack of variation, there is the piano and some short choir-like sample which acts as the main leads. There are quite a bit of other things going on though, effects of crowds cheering and some "starswish" thing hehe. All in all, this is a nice tune, but may lack variation as very few leads are used, but like i said before, there are lots of other effects going on, and changes in melodies e.t.c. | This tune is from the game Unreal Tournament, which most people should be familiar with. It starts in a pretty ambient way, but soon some bass and hihats tells you its about to begin. And so it does, with some electric guitars and drums e.t.c, it sets a nice speed which fits its role (UT) nicely. On to the technical stuff, the first thing one notices about that is that this tune is not really that advanced. The elec. guitar for example, is based on (small) megasamples, it could easily be tracked but is not. This tune might not be so advanced, but the important thing is the sound, after all. Then one can use effects to make a better sound. On the technical side this tune fills it purpose though. | |

| This song has one of the strangest/most sucking intros ive heard =P But as the song starts, it becomes quite listenable for a while. The artist sometime uses 3x bassdrums, so the volume changes in the tune is pretty shitty. Some cool ideas, but the overall impression isnt that good. Samples in this song are of normal .mod quality, this song could have been alot better if the artist hadnt made these misstakes (as the 3x bassdrums, or the strange intro). Name doesnt really fit ;) | |

| This soft song starts with some qute bells and some guitars. A cool electric guitar soon comes in and it sounds really nice. The song continues in the same slow tempo through out the tune, til it ends (pretty sudden) at 2:23. This is a nice soft song which is very pleasant to your ears. It is very enjoyable, but perhaps a bit short. Nothing special about the samps, they sound good. Only this i got against this tune is the all to sudden ending. You kind of think "hey..! what happened??" Great anyway though. | |

| It is a very nice song that chavez has composed. A really really soft tune that touches my ears like a soft wind on a hot summer day. Im sure im gonna love this tune when i hear the (bright:) flute which comes in after about 40 seconds. Sounds really great. Then, a few moments later a army-like drumroll comes in, and aaaaaahhh!!! *enjoys* This is a very soft and a very enjoyable song that i think everyone should download and listen to atleast 10 times every day. After about 1:40 the song slows down a bit, some guitars enters and the song gets more relaxed. Samples are 8-bit and still very clear. The artists says this song was finished in a hurry, i think the end could have been done much better. The song simply fades out with a repeating melody. I cant understand why he didnt give the released version some more work, it deserves it. This song entered the Dreamhack99 Multichannel compo, which reminds me.. hey! didnt i vote this first? Summary: A very beautiful song. And a great flute and a very nice army-like drum role makes the song sound very powerful. | |

| Aaaah, another soft 4chn song from Jogeir Liljedahl. Its built up the standard way, one channel for drums, one for strings, one for leads and one for bass (with a little echo sometimes). I cant really find words to describe this song, its soft, and very enjoyable to listen to. I cant really find anything wrong with this tune either. Exept... ..the electric guitar samples are megasamples. But thats about all i could come up with to complain about. All samples are of very good quality. | This song has a pretty ok intro, but soon it gets kind of disturbing, specialy with the slide on the chords. Apart from that this song is pretty normal. Got some heavy bass, and normal drums. The melody is pretty cool at first, but after a while it gets kind of disturbing. This song seems to be made by a learning tracker, as the effects are used in a strange way. For example, he uses the "Appregio" effect on the chords, and also some very strange slides, makes it sound sick. Well exept for that the song is pretty ok. | |

| This song starts with vibe sample playing a mysterious melody, with some dark bells aside of it, forms a pretty cool intro. Next pattern some drums create a powerful sound and very soon after the song starts for real. This is a pretty ambient/mysterious pop like song, with some awful samples. It sounds pretty good, but the bad quality samples (im talking about the "rexchords") lowers the score pretty much. Its pretty hard to concentrate on the song when the rexchords are playing, they are not pretty enjoyable. But apart from the bad samples, this song is pretty good. The only thing that bothers me is the "rexchords", wish the creator could replace them. Well anyways, this is my opinion.. | |

| First off, i should say that i havent heard anything like this in mod format, so this song captured my attention directly, i just had to keep listening. And the sound of it. Its great! Not only is it well composed, its also very small (34k) and its a 4chn mod! For being a 4 channel mod i think this is pretty fantastic. If you play this with Modplugplayer with reverb it sounds like an 16 channel xm. This song doesnt really have any effects in it at all, and its not really needed either since its very well composed. My final words is: This song is really great, however it doesnt reach the ultimate top. If you like this kind of music this is a must. | |

| First of all i must say this: This song is very hard to review, either you love it or you hate it, in my case i love it. And with that said ill concentrate on the song. I read somewhere some years ago in a computer magazine that this was one of the greatest songs, so i felt like finding it.. I can nothing else then agree... This song is really great, gives a wonderful feeling of freedom. That thing i said before, about either you love it or you hate it. | Most of you are probably farmiliar with the original song. This song is a remix, and sounds like a standard amiga mod. It has the standard base, standard drums ad the the "another day" melody. If i wouldent be hearing the "another day" melodys in this song it would probably be very boring. They realy lifts the tune up. Else its pretty boring actually. Way to repentative if you ask me. Not much to say here really, it sounds good, bit repentative, samples are like most other amiga 8-bit samples. But still its a nice remix. | xtd should be a known name to most trackers that have been in the scene for a while. If you dont know about him i suggest you check him out, cause he is ONE of the greatest composers i know of. And this song, it is absolutely wonderful. Words cant explain it, its that simple. xtd never stops surprising me, every song i hear from him is different from the other, and this song is no exeption. Never have i heard something like this. Its amazing! Well, i dont think i need to say anything about xtds skill. He is one of the most tallented mod musicans i know of. If you play this 4 chn mod with some echo, not much can separate it from a 32 channel xm. | Behind this really powerful name lies a tune which really chocked me! I just couldent sit still on my chair, felt like running up and dancing, whoah! This is surely a Masterpiece, and the man behind this song, Aymes, was totally unknown to me before i heard this tune. And i can tell you all! I sure missed something! This is a very rythmic and fast piece, and god, it makes you wanna dance. This is a MUST DOWNLOAD! You wont forgive yourself if you dont! Ohh! Do i need words??? No! Words cant explain this tune, you just have to get it yourself, though its a really really great tune. Technically this is a miracle! | Here is another song by the famous amiga musican deathjester that once again proves his skills in this 4 channel module. This tune is a bit odd though, got some "breakin glass" sound every now and then, which makes the song sound kinda silly. But apart from that this is a good mod, some parts is odd, some very good. I wont try and explain how this sounds. The technically part is (as always with deathjester) very good. Sample quality is ok (what to expect with .mod) in this 4:51 long song, which is pretty enjoyable. | |

| This is a very beautiful song that ive enjoyed for some time. I find it really hard to explain about this song, it sounds like some ballad like thing, but still is no 100% ballad. It has a electric guitar, some flute-like instrument and some drums and bass playing. Sounding very good all the time. First time i heard this was a few years ago, and that might have effected the score, i still think this is a masterpiece though. Technically this tune is perfect, and with only 8 channels. Sample quality is good and i have nothing special to say about them. If $volrag does his coding as good as his tracking he should get an award ;) | |

| Song starts in a dream-like way, and soon some elec guitar comes in, making it sounds a bit more like "Country". But the song changes soon to become a dance/dream song, with elec guitar. Ok, whatever style this is it sounds a different, which is good. It keeps rocking in the same tempo with the same sounds in the same way until the end. That makes the song become a little bit boring after a while, but still this is a pretty good tune. Technically this song is good, nothing special to note about the samples or anything in that way. Lots of echoes adds to the "dream" way of the song. It becomes boring listening to the same things for over 3 minutes though, so that lowers the score a bit, it doesnt exactly offer any suprises ;) But a very good tune, indeed. | |

| This song starts in a happy way with some nice happy strings and soon rolls on in a very cool demostyle- like way, which i really enjoyed. Its happy all the time, which adds greatly to the score of the song. This song is not so very advanced, nor is it variating enough. Might be a tiny bit repentative, but i enjoyed it anyway. For a cool little happy demosong, download this. As i said, not so very advanced, some nice echo here and there. But the song lacks variation, so it doesnt reach the top. Still, the very happy feeling in the song adds to the score. And this does really sound very nice. More of these happy songs! :)) | |

| This song starts of with some flute-like sounding sound and is shortly followed by some techno hithats, and shortly after that some MASSIVE sounds starts, i had to lower the Amp to 3x (normally got it at 10) for it not to sound like crap. Anyways, its got to many sounds playing and this is not very musical in my opinion, repentative melody and to many things playing at the same time. Technically this song is average, like 40% of the sounds is 16-bit which could be adding to the quality, but you cant really hear some quality in this. The artist calls himself InSAnE, which probably explains this song pretty good. He says his girlfriend broke up with him, so i guess thats why this sounds the way it does.. | |

| This song which carrys a quite nice name starts in a dream-like way and is soon to become a dancetune with a chip sounding lead, which plays for quite some time, this song lacks variation and becomes pretty boring after a while, and with its lenght, 5:49,.. well doesnt last too long in my opinion. However this tune is pretty enjoyable anyways, but the lack of variation prevents it from reaching a higher score, its also a little largem 2.2 mb, but if you like dance, this might be worth it. Well, on the technical side.. Most of the samples are 16-bit, which adds to the quality of this tune. Else i dont know what to say, this is a good dance tune, which gets pretty repentius which is disturbing since its 5:49 long, and over 2 mb in size. Well, i think ive said what could be said about this tune, download it and see if you like it. | |

| This song starts with some piano, in a quite strange (little boring) melody. But very shortly after it started some drums and base comes in and after a little while longer a smashdrum, sounds very good now. The boring piano which the song started with sounds quite good now. Then some more piano comes in, im not sure if this is dance or ballad, hmm. Sounds like advanced music with the piano. Not a standard melody, cool song. No special notes on the samples, everything sounds nice. One thing i have to complain about the song is it lenght, its only 2:41 long, i would prefer it to be a little longer since it feels i has just begun when it stops. But exept for the lenght this is a good tune. Its easy, but still advanced in a way. | |

| This song starts of with some hithats and very shortly after it begun some very fast elec guitars comes in, setting a very fast and very nice tempo :) This song is perfect compared to all these slow songs, its fast and very nice. Might sound silly at some times bug its very cool :) Somehow i feel this artist wasnt that serious with this song but i love it. Actually is song is kinda funny, with those bells and that fast tempo. But i loved it, not many of these fast rock tunes out there, more of this ! A very good song to rock loose to :) | |

| As usual from Yoz a dancetune appears in my ears, and as usual it starts fast, built up like a normal dancetune. However this tune if quite different, it contains some ambient samples and it sounds quite good, with those flutes, synthstrings and piano. Very good tune, aspecialy if you like dance. This tune actually made me wanna get up and dance, very good job. Samples is perfect, and i like the little different feeling of this song, and the tempo is perfect. | When this song starts i can almost directly tell that it will be a danceadventure, with some fast piano for start. Drums soon enters and some acid-morph thingy, and the snares starts and i feel the song will start very soon. Then it stops (ofcourse=) and then the real drums start, very normal in dancetunes. Even though if this song is good it doesnt convince me that much. Well, good samples, everything is well put together. If you like dancetunes you might like this one. | This song start out in a very calm way, with calm strings and some very calm backgroundsounds, then some african guy says something i couldent understand. And then the drums comes in, they are a bit to fast and doesnt realy fit in, but you get used to it. The song is still very calm even though them fast drums, i was very tired when listening to this song and i guess it fitted in perfect. It is very relaxing, exept for the drums. I realy enjoyed this tune, very soft and still fast. I enjoyed this tune very much, if it wasnt for those fast drums i would probably be bored already after the first minute. This artist has realy created a lovely piece of music. No comments on the instruments, exept that he used a couple of megasamples. | |

| This song starts with a wonderful megasample accompanied with another nice melody, then at 0:27 a ugly drumloop comes in and destroys this nice song :/ Then the whole song goes out into some rave/techno-thingy. It still sounds good though, but it sounds kind of strange, to much drums, when the megasample enters again. It just becomes to much. Sample quality is ok, its little bad that the artist used a drumloop though. Still that is kind of acceptable, since he only had 4 channels to work with. Summary: Good tune, but the megasample makes most of it. | |

| First of all i can tell you my experience with this song. This is the first time ive stumbled upon a 5 Channel .Mod-file. I didnt know that, so i loaded it into ft2 and it was corrupt, very corrupt. However, it worked fine in modplug. It starts with some soft god-ish sound, it reminds me of a swedish movie called "Mio Min Mio", atleast in the beginning. Then some plipp sound comes in, a little to bright maybe but it sounds ok, nice tune, brought me back some memories about that movie (which rocks) hehe. Samples sounds ok, good layed out, the plipp is to bright thats just about all i have to add about this song. Not to bad. | |

| This song starts with some soft piano and some strange vocals. Then it starts off with a drumloop and some other very strange and spacy samples. Uuh, amigatrek.. must be something like startrek cause this song feel realy out of this world, its very weird. The music in it isnt that good, its mostly strange, the rest of the songs contains a drumloop and the vocals, some megasamples here and there to, a very spacy tune indeed. Sample quality is bad, not that im complaining cause this song seems quite old. However the song isnt that much to listen to, it could work perfect as gamemusic for a spacegame though. | |
