It's kinda a slow buildup, in which I get, the horns are a bit okay but it won't win any awards, like the previous comment said. Honestly, I think it's not very jazzy until much later. I was listening to it while randomly browsing the web, so I wasn't really paying attention, but I noticed it when the horns came in. I'm not willing to listen to it again. Anyways, good try :)
Sadly today, my ratings have never really been that high.

It's a competent piece but won't win any awards. The horn is not nearly as bad as previous comments make it sound and actually breaks up some otherwise monotonous drone sequences.

Pity, there are some good things but the horn in the middle is really the killer.

This one isn't very good. It starts out with some 8-bit organ thing and then some bad drums come in. After that, some pretty good ambient synthy melodies play, but then some horrid horns enter without permission.
