This is offensive on almost every conceivable level.
Whereas Walkman's original was a nice chillout song, this remix is a slapdash "experimental" version where the notes have no real rhyme or reason, and seem to have been randomized "for the lulz". What few additions there are do nothing to make this more palatable.
The only reason I'm giving it another above a 1 is because, yes, it still follows a reasonable time signature. Other than that? It's incredibly unpleasant to listen to.
