instrument library

Some were modified and
tweaked

Contains stereo effects
that will only work in
newer OpenMPT & libopenmpt
versions
Should be ST3-compatible
otherwise, albeit in mono
on other players capable of
FM synthesis in S3M modules

Tested in OpenMPT1.28.09.00
and AdlibTracker 2.4.24
