Tested on ST3 via DOSBox, should work on a Sound Blaster card, or a configuration with both Gravis and Sound Blaster cards. Will not work properly on OpenMPT 1.27 or earlier, AdLib Tracker (because this module uses samples, and AdLib Tracker supports only FM), or any MOD tracker or player without OPL2/3 support or emulation.

Though I had 16 sample channels (and 9 FM), I had to impose a limit of 15 channels (and the 9 FM) at a time or else ST3 may act up.
Linear sample interpolation and a sample rate of at least 44100 Hz recommended. - K. Jose
