Really neat starting melody (guitar or synth?), nice drums, good bass, and good background sounds. But there really isn't much variation. I would like a synth-y type lead somewhere. The aforementioned starting melody isn't really a lead, and the leads that are in the song don't carry, they just get cut off.

Good composition, good melodies, and a nice beat make up this song. It does get a little repetitive at times, but some cool, catchy parts mend that somewhat. Some samples sound a bit annoying like the lead that starts out the song (sounds like somebody saying “dah”). The sample isn’t long enough; it just cuts off really quickly (especially in the high notes). That gives a not so good impression at the beginning, but the rest is better.

Very cool chip tune here. Nice melodies, good use of the channels, and cool, funky beats. It might be just a bit on the monotonous side, but it's not bad by any means.

Ooo. This is weird. It's a mish-mash of everything! The beginning is promising, with the speech, cool strings, and whatnot, then sample 31 comes in. What in the world? Then some heavy guitar comes in. Nice samples, but the usage is a bit weird. This song takes you on a journey. Maybe you didn't want to go on this journey. :)

A fairly repetitive track with a few cool parts. The bass-y melody that starts the song continues though the whole song, making it irritating. When new things come in, they usually continue through with minor variation. Overall, it's a bit boring.

It starts out not too bad. Then the lead guitar comes in. Ugh! It’s all out of tune. It’s painful! Then that’s about all you hear for the rest of the song. 3:13 of out of tune boredom. It does goes up a step at one point, but that doesn’t really make it less boring.

Even if this wasn’t a 1-hour-compo song, it would be nice. But given it was made in 1 hour, this is excellent tracking. 32 channels are used in this song. I can’t do that if I worked on a song for a month! :)

This is an upbeat chip song. Fast pace and happy melodies make up this tune (even though the title sounds negative :). The nicest parts are the pause at 0:34, melodies after 0:34, and the pause at 1:20. The song is only 1:30, so there’s not much to it.

Very interesting ambient song here. There is even a slight touch of jazz here. The piano is very calming but the sound quality is a bit lacking. It's also a bit monotonous, but that's what ambient jazz is all about. :)

This is a strange chip song. Lots and lots of wacky things go on in this song. There is a lot of portamento effects on the bass and leads. It's kind of over the top for my tastes. I do like sample 13, though. It adds an industrial sound to the song.

A very original song here. The drums sound very good. But there aren't much melodies to speak of. A few leads and bass are all that accompany the drums. Anyways, it's a nice percussive song, with bongos and even a derigidoo!

Interesting hard rock song here. The drums are very good for this style of music. But as you will soon find out, the guitar riffs are a rip from one of moby's songs. Even down to the guitar samples! They're all ripped! The artist said this is inspired by that moby song. I'll say! That doesn't help the creativity aspect at all.

This is a happy, fun little chiptune. The cheery melodies and upbeat pace make you feel like you are riding a merry-go-round (not that I like riding merry-go-rounds anymore :). The song is a bit short and repetitive though.

This is a nice laid back, ambient chip song. The melodies are quite interesting.
A small gripe: Some parts sound really happy, some sound sad. I just can't figure out what mood I'm supposed to be in! This song is supposed to be about dinosaurs? I was waiting for them to attack, but they never did! It stayed mellow all the way through! :)

Wow! I love the extremely cool beats in the song! Great use of the 4 channels! Great leads! Everything is really cool! (and chip music isn't even one of my favorite styles of music!)

A very high quality tune by Ceekayed. Good mood, good ambiance, and good percussive work (as always). That being said, this song has a "main" melody (it first appears at 1:03) that gets old after a while. If it were used in moderation, it would've been a nice touch, but it is used too much. Overall, a good piece.
