I'm a sysadmin/technical writer. Not very musical but I do at least try to give fair comments on all the tracks I download. I'm mostly using the random download facility, so I do get a lot of the old stuff which is often of lower quality. This may be making me a bit (more) jaundiced, hence why I'm rather a stingy marker.

I'm running on a minority platform - RISC OS, using Andre Timmermans' DigitalCD. Superb program. Seems to play everything!
