The melodies are nice and cheerful. This would fit nice to a Pac-man game or something. :)
Technique, Arrangement, Composition (2/10)
The bass line is very standard c2,c3,c2,c3,a1,a2,a1,a2,f1,f2,f1,f2,g1,g2,g1,g2 etc. Try to variate the bass line. Actually, the parts where you do not have the bassline playing is what I find the most enjoyable to listen to.
There also seems to be a bit of detune issue on some of the the solo leads (for instance on the long flat tone in the end of some of the melody sequences).
Development (3/10)
The volume levels are OK. No real mix issues.
But - My advice is that you should try to experience more with adding EQs, delays and reverbs to your songs. There are tons of free vst plugins to help you on track with this. (www.)Madtracker(.org) is a nice tracker to use effect VST's in for composing chipsongs etc.
Creativity (4/10)
Some nice chords and playful melodies. However, this sounds very much like the 4-hand piano song I play with my kid, which also was the first piano song I learned when I was little. Basic stuff, but catchy :)
Enjoyment (2/10)
This is not a song that is going to end up playing on my MP3 player, but I enjoyed listening to it.
