In my opinion, this song is flawless. The intro pulls you in, and the beautifully crafted melodies keep you listening until the end of the song. 10 / 10.
Technique, Arrangement, Composition (10/10)
DEFINITELY a very great show of tracking skill. No beginner could have done something like this. The artist's skill is shown in the melodies and effects.
Development (10/10)
Transitions: Very smooth
Samples: Excellent
The use of panning works definitely for this piece. One of my favorite part of Anvil's original compositions is how he uses two basslines, one in the left ear and one in the right. He also uses two synths for the main melody, one in the right ear and one in the left. I mostly like how he uses panning to alternate ears with the Open Hi-Hat in the song.
Creativity (10/10)
Again, one of my favorite part of Anvil's original compositions is how he uses two basses, one in the left ear and one in the right. He's the only tracker I known to do this before, so this is definitely creative. He crafts melodies so well, it's almost hard to believe. Although he gained inspiration from Elwood's song, Sweet Dreams, I don't really hear that much of a resemblance between the songs. Great creativity. The accompanying instruments support the melody greatly, even make it sound better. The bassline pattern is one that I'll always have stuck in my head. Duh duhduh duhduhduh...
My favorite part of this song is the part where the P600 synths come in, but most of all, the transition they make from one key to the next. Elwood used this technique in his song, "Sweet Dreams," but Anvil changes it enough that it sounds even better.
Enjoyment (10/10)
I will always have this module in my collection. I listen to it almost every day, and I never get tired of it. This song is SUPER catchy, I'll always have it's melodies stuck in my head as long as I live.
