It's a fantastic bootleg, just as good as the original by cs127. It deserves to be spotlit by the crew.

Technique, Arrangement, Composition (10/10)

The bassline (sample 14, channel 12) is just so good. It tickles my right ear in such a way that I can't describe it without sounding like I'm clinically insane.

The way the piano melody is structured sounds very 1990s trance-y to me. It's a total mindbreaker!

I've heard so much worse than this, and compared to a few other tracks I've heard recently, this was a huge slap in the face in terms of quality. It's not perfect, but it's not bad in any way. It's very, very good, dare I say wonderful?!

Development (10/10)

The mixing is very nicely done, though some parts are bit loud and a bit quiet, which I like.

The drums (samples 6 and 8, channels 15/16) are a bit quiet but still audible along with the rest of the track. I can hear them just fine, but they could be just a tad bit louder.

The pads (sample 16, channels 13/14) are lush and sound good, not too loud, but not too quiet either.

The bell-like pad thing (sample 24) is a bit loud and very noisy (it sounds very bit-crushed), and I love it. Could be a little bit quieter though.

Hardware wasn't a limitation, at least, in my eyes. When checked in OpenMPT, this was last saved with Scream Tracker 3 running with a Sound Blaster card.

Given that Sound Blaster isn't a very good card to use with Scream Tracker 3 (Gravis Ultrasound sounded better), I was very pleasantly surprised to hear how good this sounded on my Sound Blaster Pro.

The lack of interpolation is nice on Sound Blaster, and I personally don't recommend listening to this with a GUS. Use a Sound Blaster Pro, or if using Impulse Tracker to listen, use a Sound Blaster 16 or AWE32. If you don't have any of that, just use OpenMPT and set interpolation to "None".

Creativity (10/10)

Given that this is a remix, the melody isn't completely original, but still very listenable.

The use of the Set Offset (Oxx) command is very intricate and complex here as it plays different parts of sample 2 in channels 4, 5, and 6, and it sounds very much like a mixed automation of a 12dB lowpass filter and a 24dB bandpass filter, similar to that of in Purple Motion's track for Second Reality (the Oxx command is used rather frequently in that track).

The piano melody and pads, when put together, sound lush and "grassy", if that makes any sense. It sounds like what it feels like to lay down in a nicely cut meadow on a partly cloudy day with a slight breeze and perfectly warm temperatures from the sun.

Enjoyment (10/10)

This is one of those tracks that people really don't understand the complexity of until they see the playback in a tracker.

It doesn't get repetitive either, I especially enjoy it on loop. This whole thing is as catchy to me as tracks by Stevie Wonder, Daft Punk, Jean Michel-Jarre, and so on.

Very nice module, great effort. Since it's a track meant for one of your games, I can understand that it's meant to loop continuously. As I'm typing this, this song has already looped 8 times in OpenMPT.
