When Valve releases the trailer for Deadlock once it gets out of beta, they'd better play this song. I remember hearing this for the first time in a stupid TF2 video, and one day while scrolling though this site came across it again. This is the trackscene, folks. Songs like these are what makes tracker music so good, so timeless. This is why modules like these are worth preserving, keeping safe in sites like this. I hope future generations look back on tracker music like this and feel the same way for it that we do. |

Realizing it's a .mod file and runs on the Commodore Amiga; that's the kicker. The fact they manage to squeeze this out of the four 8-bit sample channels and it sounds this realistic is beyond me.
So from a musical standpoint, not that great, but from a technical one, it's phenomenal.
Would recommend listening/viewing it in a tracker as opposed to just listening, as it has some funny tracker visuals and seems much more impressive just seeing the four channels.
