A definite 10, Illumination by Cube/DEE rides the theme that is set in Jogeir Liljedahl's "gcomp" and uses the same samples. Beautiful guitars are accompanied by a smooth flute in a touching and soft piece.

Good song! I wonder, though, why the same 14 seconds long vocal sound is repeated like ten times throughout the tune. It bugs me. Also the tune is a bit repetitive. Aside of that, the tune is good!

Masterly!! Analogis by amazingly underrated tracker TuneTNT may very well be the most beautiful piece of music ever tracked. Yet the tune is so unknown that even a Google-search didn't turn up any results. I am glad that I still had it on my harddrive because, like "The Call of Devil", another masterpiece by TuneTNT, Analogis is an epic piece of music. It is stunning, beautiful and powerful and with leads that are chillingly old school. The bass does wonders - as does the choir. It is surprising that nobody has heard of this tune before. My hat goes off to TuneTNT for tracking this amazing piece of music.

This is a bloody awesome song! Slash is one of Russia's best composers and tends to get a unique and high quality sound into his songs. This piece is very old school with an almost Amiga-like sound, and riding on Alice Cooper's Poison theme, only it is much faster paced and really a kickass tune! This is one of the best tracked tunes I have heard in recent years and it brings me back to those days when I loved discovering new tunes some of which I could not stop listening to! This is awesome kickass oldschool fast-paced rock!

Beautiful - beautiful tune! So calm and so nice! I'm listening to this while working (writing) and it's precisely the kind of music I want to listen to right now. The constant rhythmic short beeps makes wonders for the tune and the entire tune is completely fault-free. It's perfect. Awesome!

Quite a basic dance tune with a melody that repeats itself for the entire lenght of the tune which is 4:30. The piano melody is bad and the instrument is awful, plus the composer really should have used more than one channel for it.

This is a professionally made hardcore/humourous theme of one of the greatest comedies in Space Balls. "The Schwartz" takes many quotes from the movie and it's brilliantly made! "I told you to comb the desert!" and "May the Schwartz be with you!" are only two infamous quotes from the tune. Cygnes shows true skill in this awesome tune from 1996. Borderline 10!

Raphael Gesqua, or Audiomonster's music for the game Flashback by Delphine has always astounded me. I used to love the game back in the old Amiga days. Although "Memorie" has always been my favorite tune from the game, "Holocube" just popped up in my head and I felt like having a listen to it again. It is short at 23 seconds, but it's a very nice piece of music. The musical richness Gesqua shows in these pieces is a rarity.

I didn't find this tune very enjoyable. The main lead is very wrong. Chip tunes are always nice, though, and this tune is enjoyable at times, but not enjoyable enough. I prefer the original, which is a great tune.

Drool warning! "missing you by doh is a truly professional chiptune! doh has made so many awesome tunes, but "missing you" is one of my absolute favorites. It's advanced and it's long. The leads in this tune are in my opinion unmatched for a chiptune.

I'm a huge fan of doh - and I've been one ever since I discovered him back in 2001. French composers are known for their creativity, and doh is no exception. What characterizes doh's style of chip is a nonstop high pitched and morphed background melody. You'll find it in "nipex 28 in space" too. Very enjoyable!

I like the intro. Allistair Brimble is a great composer. I really like the music he made for Colonization. He composed music for many other Amiga games, though, such as this piece for Alien Breed 2. This tune is enjoyable but due to lack of variation a strong 7/10 will have to suffice.

The famous music for the space shooter Xenon 2 is based on Bomb The Bass' tune "Megablast". The original tune is composed by Tim Simenon. The original is much rockier and is a great listen for fans of the game. I like both versions but the edge goes to the original because of a better sound and because it is less static.
About the Amiga game, I used to love the music, the cool upgrades and the robot you bought equipment from. Xenon 2 is noted to be one of the hardest games to finish of all time. It is also noted to have an unfulfilling ending. I've never gotten past level 3.

Andraz Rus, a Slovenian composer, composed this splendid tune back in 1996.
The intro consists of noisy noises and cars starting, a very different but ingenious start to a techno/demostyle song. Your first thought is: "Is this tune corrupt - what's this!?" but it starts off quick and the contrast is wonderful. The morph sounds and the synth are both some of the better I've heard. The tune runs for 4:55. I especially like the part from 4:10 and onwards.

"Nine One One" is one of the most professionally tracked tunes ever made. Creativity is top notch! Technically this is also as good as they get! In fact, of the tens of thousands of modules I've heard, this is my number one pick for the most technically advanced tune. The ending is my favorite part and is unique among tracked tunes.

Wow! I'm litterally reviewing myself!
"warhawk" by aquafresh is a mix of the C64 game tune with the same name. aquafresh uses some vibrato on the lead which makes it sound more modern. Although the lead sound is chip, the rest of the tune isn't.
As a remix I guess this tune is okay. As a stand alone tune I'm not so sure. I've never really liked the warhawk theme. I like the old school sound of this tune and the relaxed feeling, though.

"Vision from Paradise" has been in my BEST-folder for a decade! This is an amazing piece of music. It reminds me of Jogeir Liljedahl's "Imaginary Voyage", which is, of course, a good thing. It's not impossible that Jorgeir got a lot of inspiration from this tune, because "Vision from Paradise" was actually created before Jorgeir's awesome tune.

Reunion, from 1994, is one of my favorite games of all time. It combines lovely pieces from games such as Cizilization, Dune 2, Elite and so on. Tamas Kreiner composed the music for it and out of all the tunes in the game (which are not that many) this is my favorite. This is actually the "win" tune which you'll hear once you've finished the (very hard) game. It's worth it, though! Just keep trying, and watch out for the Morguls :)
