It wasn't my favourite entry during the compo, but hearing it again at home made me realize it was a deserved victory after all. Really nice samples and well-mixed in particular. Well done boys!
(For fun & kicks I also relistened the original OHC entry, man, what a far cry :P)

For some reason this is the song from Bits 'n' Pieces 2 that got most stuck in my head. Case in point, I caught myself humming it at a few random occassions. :P
And thanks again for contributing!

I like "technical, contentless wankery" :). My favourite from the compo. Only gripe is that it develops a bit too slow for my taste.

Shockingly good. It's pretty large in filesize as far as modules go, but even disregarding this fact it's truly one of the best out there.

This was a very influential module for me, back when I just started tracking. It's an 18 minutes long psytrance-like journey that doesn't get boring for a second, due to its many well fleshed-out parts (admittedly you do have to be into that kind of music to appreciate it). It was a gateway to finding more modules by the author Genosha, who might not have been the greatest tracker alive (still very competent, mind you), but his music is always interesting with many unique touches, and I learned tons of tracking techniques from studying the patterns.

What to say, an eternal Dutch demoscene evergreen, and even more than that. For the uninitiated, this is what it does with people at demoparties: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIM28S0zQvI :D. Even if it's not outstanding on a technical or compositional level, the tune still deserved massive credit for that.

This is quite frankly one of the catchiest chiptunes that I know. It's a remade version of an older song (with the same title), and was used in Nuance's intro "The Ultimate Meat-thing" (http://pouet.net/prod.php?which=52330).

Released on MrGamer's "Golden Pack" musicdisk, released as Chimera #004. Interesting synth song with extremely well-crafted chip melodies.

Very enjoyable piece of demo-influenced house music. Great songwriting and a lot of variability. The voice clips in the song are well applied.

Chip-techno that's very effective in it's simplicity.

One of my personal favourites from MrGamer. Sort of "demostyled trance". Recommended!
