I started off with a Commodore C64 as a birthday present when I turned eight. I loved the dark, deep sounds of the C64's SID chip. When I got an Amiga 500 a few years later as another present, I got introduced to MOD music when MED was given away on a coverdisk one month. I began making music with this strange but beautiful program, although of course my music sucked hard, I was now able to load other (much more talented) peoples creations and watch and listen in amazement at the sounds being produced by my A500, especially when I hooked it up to my HiFi. The rest is history really.
