Hi, I'm asikwus_henke (I. Wüst), creating music under ASIKWUSpulse, but you can just call me asikwus. I am a 1999-born swedish hobby-musician who mostly creates music in either OpenMPT or Steinberg Cubase Elements 9, but occasionally in some other chip-trackers or music-sequencers.

I've composed music since 2005 (more exactly 2003 if you count the crappy experiment-pieces written by a toddler), starting in Voyetra DOP on my familys old Compaq with windows 98 and its SB AWE32 as audio-interface. In 2009, when old hardware started showing its age and made us getting rid of the old Compaq, I settled on windows XP, still with DOP in hand, but also started using Synthfont to render my .mids. Around 2014, I eventually was forced to leave an outdated DOP and in 2016, Cubase Elements became what replaced both the old papa and Synthfont together :).

I started tracking in 2013 through discovering trackers when watching a Windows Remix made and screen-recorded from Modplug-Tracker on YT, and discovered more through my main music-software hub at that time: https://woolyss.com/
I did a lot of tracking attempts in the coming time following 2014, when I pretty much only had OpenMPT as a way of producing music before buying Cubase Elements in 2016. Plothymuck (asikwuspulse_-_plothymuck.it) is one of them

I've never released anything publicly before 2016, starting on soundcloud (Link futher down the profile). I first started releasing my modules here on TMA July 2018.

Genres: has always been wide in span, but synth-pop, rock, funk with jazz-fusion, experimental, EDM and video game is reoccuring. I often also do these with a 80',90' and 2000's crisp.
Inspiring Artists: Jean-Michel Jarre, Electric Banana Band (childhood music, both inspiring and nostalgic), Wintergatan, E-Type, Justin Timberlake, etc.
Country: Sweden

Other:
-- I have summed up 7.5 years school-experience of drumming
-- Composing modules is my hobby, so don't expect modules too often :)...
-- I try not to change too much in my old modules when I upload them, but I do change the artist-name. I am the past PULSEwave195. So if anybody wonders why some modules that dates back to around 2017 and futher back is made by PULSEwave195, thats my past artist-name and I've forgotten or missed change that.

Most of my modules will be played correctly if you use OpenMPTs playback

Talking of modules, here's some proud work:
Synakoda (asikwuspulse_-_synakoda.mptm)
Gammal Data Borta (asikwuspulse_-_pastdatagone.mptm)
Samba Cone Disco (asikwp_-_scd_trance_edition_v2.mptm)
Kill Your Best Friend (asikwp_-_kill_your_best_friends_remix.mptm) (Cover)
Twistmachine (asikwp_-_twistmachine.mod) (so far my magnum-opus amigamod - it's also 64kB :D)

Thanks ASIKWUSpulse! Be grateful for your comments and the score (I think you've gone 3 more). Maybe I'm too tired... I have not stopped in all the year... although it is not an excuse, I know. I don't know the best equalization basic to work on this. Not only am I concerned about the failure of the pitchs... I've had several in a single module... I deserve a good pounding... to see if so I'm also learning to receive them... (because how do you know there is always a stage worse). The truth, thank you very much your comment... we are moving forward! Good christmas to you...!

Psirius: You're welcome :). Yeah, going slow in the ratings is good. I, as an example, is quite shy, so a popularity-explosion, would be too much :)

Re: Hello ASIKWUSpulse! I'm glad that you liked it, and the score that you have reflected. Will not fail you right when you say that you need a little change. It is a very good critique, and I will try to improve those details. I've heard both works of yours. Very good. Already you the I will. I'm going slowly in the ratings with all the reason, is that although we all like to, I do not want to entertain a lot because I miss my work in openmpt, and I now have a stage more creative... there will be time... Thank you!
