This is a Bass laced Techno song. There is a beat, however it's drowned out by mainly two samples. If you like Bass then this might be a song for you, however for the most part it just steals away from the beat that was present. A voice is present throughout the entire song that only repeats. The instruments seem to be basic however they do contribute to a flowing beat. As for effects, they are really nothing out of the ordinary on the Techno standpoint. The voice seems out of place and stays that way if you want to test to see how much Bass you have, then the drumming tone might assist in that.
