The size of this tune told me it would be a chiptune, and right i was. Out of my headphones comes the lovely sound of a chip bass. Even if it is a simple melody. The artist mixes drums, bass and chiplead at the same time in these 4 channels. This tune is clearly meant to loop, like many/most chiptunes. What i may be missing is the apreggio. The artist could ofcourse had made this tune longer if he wanted to but this works too. Its not so advanced, and not so great either, but like i said, it works.
