        In Pursuit
   by Liam the lemming

God only knows how I ever
got around to finishing
this one! It spent months
sitting on my hard drive
doing nothing. I finished a
4-track SoundTracker format
version of it, but I was
never really pleased with
it.

Then I got ScreamTracker 3.
And then I got stuck.*sigh*

I got it sort of finished,
but I went over it due to
some weird spooky ST3 bug.

So I started from the old
4-track module again. And
found the end result much
more pleasing than the
original.

This one is one of my more
atmospheric modules - the
Synth String sample (no.9)
brings to mind (for me at
least) a sort of siren, so
it makes me think of a
police car going after a
bunch of escaped criminals,
bank robbers or whatever.
Hence the title... "In
Pursuit".

Well, I like it anyway. :-)

Hi's to everyone I know at
Liverpool JM University -
that's Jon Barker, Ian
Slavin, Lee O'Brien, Bryan
Jones, Shereen Walters,
Russ Threadgold, Ruth Jump,
Matt Birch, Chris Hart, Ste
Jones, Glenn Payne, Pete
Mercer, Dave Wild, Justin
Andrews, Chris Bruce, Davey
Rayner, Dave Roberts, Nigel
Conde, Wayne Baker, Kev
Gee, Michelle Beard, Joe
Monaghan and Clare Boylan
*gasps for breath* - and to
all those people whose mods
I ripped samples from. If
your module is below,
consider yourself greeted!

Beyond Music (excellent
chord samples), Banana
Split (for the 'weeb'
tones), DeathStar (for that
gorgeous steel drum type
sample)... and for my other
mods, KefMania-Theme (for
almost all of them - it's
not so much a case of which
I ripped as which I
didn't!), 1234...Rock! (for
the tone loops and the bass
loop) and quite a few I
can't remember...

Happy listening!
